I've also completely modified another arcade system to display news articles rather than games. 
With the RSS feeds and category controls, phpAS is the perfect tool for this.

As you will see, I have integrated a WYSIWYG editor for people to write articles with. Articles can even be written in word, then pasted retaining formatting (with the word-paste button), or written in the word-like editor which can insert everything from tables, images, youtube/google videos and more. It's limitless because you can even edit the html.

Yeah, asked Scott about that yesterday, if there is no image then you get that error because I don't know the code to display the "noimage" image.

Hey Clownpaint try this code:

Just checks if the variable containts any contents, if it dont. It wont display anything, if something is present then it will show the game icon.
You may need to code the else a bit better, not sure if $gameicon conaints the <img bit or not.

Sorry Clownpaint for intruding your thread, but there is just some stuff I thought I would clear up.

NuWeb.co.uk, I currently host Games4Fun.ro and I do not appreciate you judging my server/hosting before knowing the facts.

The server over the past few days has been very unstable due to excess load. The main reason for this load is actually Games4Fun.ro, he has been receiving alot of traffic the past 2 months and the server isn't able to keep up, which is why when you may have looked at G4F it appeard to be down, but this only lasts for a few seconds as its resets automatically which is why the other sites appeard online.

The current server is an AMD Athlon 64 3600, maybe not the best, but it worked just fine untill past 2 months when G4F and a few other sites on the server picked up in traffic which is why I am now upgrading to an AMD Dual Opteron 2 x 246 which is due in 1-2 days now.

I am not sticking up for nor backing up G4F in anyway, just stating some facts, his arcade is not a "little arcade" by any means, I know this very well, it is of quite a large scale and he makes earns a decent amount from it too, with which he could have his own server, but I support him with technical issues which is why I host him.

I am not sure what issues you and G4F have, I agree he was wrong for jumping in on this thread and posting what he did about you, it was uncalled for, but I thought I would clear up some things from my side as it was my server/hosting being spoken of.

I hope you two settle your issues in a decent manner and Clownpaint I apoligise again for jumping in on your thread like this.

I havent been on phpas, for over 2 months, even more therefore i have no "gruges" against anyone, as i only remember the people I talk to. So you saying "not sure what issues you and G4F have" is incorrect, its the issues he has with me.
I know how hard it is sometimes to keep a server running 24/7 which is one of the reasons I moved away from my server provider in texas.
I called his site little, as my memory is correct its just an arcade with a few soundboards, therefore little. When I knew of his site, it has/had no visitors.
I did not intend to insult you, just to stop games4fun spoiling threds, giveing no opinions and being generaly un-friendly with no forum etticate.
