In the near future we will implement the new customer area and as a side effect of this we have to email everyone a temporary password so that you are able to log in.
We understand that not everybody is still using the same email they did when they purchased their phpAS license up to 6 years ago and so we encourage you to send in a support ticket if you have updated your email since your purchase. Send in a ticket if you're unsure as well as this will help spread out the support load once the new system is live.
If you could format the mail like below that would be great!

(also include the name on the license if different than yours).Domain(s): firstarcade.com, secondarcade.com, thirdarcade.net
(try to include as many of your arcades as possible).Old email: old@email.com (skip if you don't remember).New Email: john@doe.comNOTE: If you have bought your arcade from someone please include as much as possible of their information as well and it would speed up things if you uploaded a file named phpas.html with this information in it to prove your ownership and include the link.
NOTE 2: You do not have to send this mail if your information is up to date. This is mainly a measure to get as much information updated before the new system is in place so that you will have access to the forums, blog and customer area straight away.
