I like to purchase this template for my new girls game before just want to know it contains phpAS v4 also or do i need to purchase the phpAS v4 separately

Buy your domain name seperate.

As a suggestion:

Buy your domain name from GoDaddy.

Host with HostGator.

dedicated hosting is to cost for me and one more thing i needed
