Interesting site, here's some constructive criticism...

Cool TNT music, but a bit on the slow loading, could get annoying each time you visit. Copyright law too or is it coming from that advertising?

The scroll text banner seems to be just on the right side half? Looks off.

The navigation button hover-overs turn to a white box over the text, making it hard to read.

I don't really care much for the logo and colour picked for 'TNT Entertainment'.
I'm not much a designer but you could get someone to do a professional looking one for you.
The fireworks in the background are neat, not too distracting either.
It's mainly just the title text, needs to be bigger and centered with a style and colour that matchs.
The word TNT could be strapped up with dynamite or something, make it stand out more?

The background and theme colour is pretty good. I really like your domain.

Hello and thanks for the constructive criticism- I fixed the white around the buttons and removed the audio and improved (I hope) the banner-tell me what you think-next I need to make the forum match my game site.
oh and the speed was being drag down by the ads from sumotraffic so I removed the ads for that,I noticed after adding the banner from there my page load times increased.
