Is there a built in feature to frame other websites and link to their games for game linking traffic swaps?  If not, is there a mod?

Yes there is a way to hotlink it, there is also a way to transfer the game from the url you find it at to your server so that game file is on your server and you dont have to 'steal' other sites bandwidth.
