I said the design helps.

If webdesign wasent a factor at all, why whould their be webdesign companies world wide makeing money? .. when anyone can get on frontpage, and make a website with a menu, and space for content in a couple of secconds.

Here is what i think is important (percent)

Design: 25-35%
Games: 65-75% (by games, i mean unique games, not found on other sites (or not on much) and NEW GAMES)

Right now, i have members coming back to my arcade site, because i add 5+ games a day currently. Once i start getting low on games, ill add 1+ a day, it will keep visiters coming back.

Addicting games is a very bad website.
Just lits of games.

No screen shots no desicriptions.

Just gotta guess what game it is.

Addictinggames.com is a great site. They do not show thumbs for everygame to limit loading time which is a great advantage. Keep it simple

Also, Addictinggames.com does show game descriptions when you click on the game. Ex: http://addictinggames.com/ballgame.html you will see game descriptions on the bottom.

Addictinggames.com is a multi-million dollar site making  millions dollars a year. They could afford to buy any site design you have plus better. They don't do that because the most important is content! and they have that.

Here is a copy of my stats as you requested.

I started my site 4 months ago with the gamescript.net arcade code. My site WAS the most popular site using the gamescript code.   I switched to phparcadescript about 2 months ago because of all the user options such as comments, ratings...etc etc. I thought the script might crash with all my traffic but the script has done very well. in the last 30 days I have had over 1,000,000 games played without any problems from the script.
My site has over 1000 games and videos for users to play. The only thing I did to my site was add friendly url's and the ability to play all files such as wmv video files. I DID NO WEB DESIGN. Most of the other sites LOOK better than my site but NONE of them receive more traffic than I.
My site does over 31 GIGS per day in traffic
and over 90.000 page views per day.
I see so many webmasters on this form asking for Web Design and when I visit their site they have no traffic! What good is it to have great web design if you are the only person visiting your site? Everyone wants their site to look like miniclip.com but they fail to realize that miniclip, while it's design is great!, is only popular because of it's content! Get your content first....traffic will come...then worry about design...if necessary.

I NEVER SAID ADDICTINGGAMES.COM MAKE MILLIONS PER MONTH! LEARN TO READ! I said "Millions per year" thats thousands per month. I know this because I know the owner...and their tax records are public. Reading is power

I really think you need to take a break, stop making up these stories how your site is soooo big, and addictinggames makes MILLIONS a month.

Also you may want to tell your 'Friend or whatever you call him' who owns addictinggames that i was on his site for 3 minutes, and i saw that Privacy and Game Developers links dont even work.

I really don't care if you believe me or not...I really didn't like you comments regarding my knowledge of addictinggames.com. The reason I don't post my site here is because this is garbage traffic most of the people here are not interested in playing my games. But will visit you site for other reasons...therefore it's not important to post my site here. Plus I already have lots of traffic.

Looking for ideas, good content, and affiliate links.
