I finally got someone to code my design for a decent price.. well semi-cheap Cheesy

Zalaki, I whould request a refund.

The design does not work in my resolution, or IE7.

 - 'Action' Off the black (too far left)
 - Main Menu, Repeats on right hand side, when the design is not supposed to.
 - The header section (LOGO, MENU) not centered. It moves to the left makeing it unaligned.

Apart form that its not bad at all. So forget refund, you just need the header section fixing.
   Nice add placement at the top.
