I decided to publish it today, as it is around 95% complete. This is my first arcade type site. Any comments / suggestions are appreciated.

I think you did a great job for the first template! Clean, nice, classic without being boring.

Suggestions?:
- Make the menu more in the center. Now it it a little off.
- Maybe have a light background to the content of th sidebars....maybe

I like it as well. Its simple, but nice looking.

I agree with Terabyte about maybe having a background color on the side bar elements.

There looks like a small problem maybe with your navigation bar in Firefox. There is a couple pixel space at the top of the text when you rollover the links.

Good job so far and good luck Smiley

I suggest fixed size divs for your main content area, right now the categories are different sizes and imo looks a bit untidy.

There is a lot to be said about a simple design.
No distractions, loads quick... like Terabyte said

Alright. I got sick of the 90-95% width, as that IMO is too large and "overwhelming". There was too much space, so I decided to use some of your suggestions and change it to a fixed-width size. I will be changing a few things here and there... thank you for all the suggestions and comments.

It looks very nice and clean.. I have only two suggestions:

1. Make your side columns more spaced out from the side of the table so it matches your main content better.

2. I like the whole reflection idea with the header, but I think you cut off the reflection part a little too close. Make it come out a little more and fade in a little more. Doesnt have to be much, even 10 pixels more would look better.

awesome layout

A few suggestions:

the latest games picture seem a bit "unfit" with the square layout you have.

There are too much empty space ... try make the table wider for the categories

Overall very nice
