To tell you truth, Worst Arcade YEt!
1. Multiple Popups.
Manged to block a few, but one from media.fastclick manged to popup still.
Why go to yoursite, when theirs 1,000's of arcade site, with just one add, undercontent (like mine!!)
2. Ads before site start.
Very unprofeshional, and makes user have to unseesalary scroll down.
3. I running on a widescreen moniror, at the highist resolution, but your site dont even fit on my page, width wise!! .. Also unprofeshional, and caused by ads.

4. You have 12 adverts(counting each add space, not individual links) on your Main Page, not including the stupid popups.
[/b]
Why visit a site that is CLUTTARD with popups, when google is CLUTTARD with arcade sites without the popups.
==================
You have a nice design, why spoil it for money greedy adverts.
You see NuWeb, in its opening year, advertised with "ADD FREE ARCADE" now its getting nearly 2,500 unique visitors A DAY!!!!
You see how much people hate ads?
Now i have started introduceing simple text ads, (actualy at the minute no ads, because i overritte my main.php.. DAM!).

NO ONE LIKES ADDS, APART FROM THE WEBMASTER

Also, it is proven, to get best proformance out of your adverts, you need to put them in prime locations on your site, and not clutter them.
This is because the user, will become "fed up" with too many ads, and ignor them. WIth just one advert, in a prime location on your page, you will get more clicks, because the user actualy reads the ads, and may find something interesting.

You have a nice site, if it wasent for the ads., basicaly.

Way too many ads!

An 800x600 user doesnt get to see the games without scrolling down.

Why would anyone use your site when the first thing they see is a "Congratulations you have won our hourly prize" banner that everyone has seen a million times before? They will just go and use a site that looks neater and has less ads thrown at it.

You're joking, right?

If you are going to make money from ads then you need to get traffic. This site wont get any traffic without some changes.

I would :-

1) Reduce the number of ads and go for those that people aren't sick of (esp. that "fart button"!).
2) Make sure that the games can be seen without scrolling down
3) Make it all a lot tidier
4) Get rid of the strange patches of colour between the category headings and the first game icon
5) If you must have all those buttons that you have at the top then at least move them to the bottom of the page.

Hope that helps.....

made some BIG changes

Took off ALOT of ads.. Moved alot of stuff to the bottom of the website... You can now see the games without scrolling down.  Its back to 800 (Width) Viewing.

Only 1 popup every 12 hours, so I dont think thats a big deal at all.

Thats a million time better  Wink

To make it perfect (in my opinion) lose the big fart button ad at the top and the huge smileys ad at the bottom and that's it.

Well done for listening to constructive criticism  Grin

i would recommend that you put the rectangle in between games somewhere if its possible(no idea about if its or not) that would make it look better.

I could put it in between the games, but I believe the way its setup, it would appear after every category I believe.. which would be way too many

yea your right, also i dont think having popups on the early stage is good considering there are 1000 of arcade websites out there so first you should get visitors i suggest maybe then(which i stilldont like ) use popups

IMHO, start out with a visually pleasing amount of ads.. At the moment you still have a little too many but I'm sure people will get over that. But I think some viewers will not return because of this. I feel you should slowly increase the ads as your site gets increasingly popular because you will be able to afford to lose some users I guess.
