Hello,

Just wanted to know if the project will include a system to let the players play x parts a day, and if they want more, pay by paypal

Is there also virtual points to let them buy presents in a shop with their virtual points?

With the implementation of the GUESTS CREDIT/TOKEN SYSTEM in v2.0 you will be able to limit the number of game plays a guest to your arcade can have before registering.  We can work out a custom modification for you if you wish to charge users to signup for a membership.

And yes, there is a built in points system that was in v1.01 and will be in v2.0, and enhanced even more ... and it v2.0 will include a shop to spend the earned points.

actually that paypal thing is not very good idea as most of the online games authors don't allow you to take money for playing games made by them (you should read rules on sites where you get your games)
