I wouldnt have the ad on the very top of the page like that, the banner should be the first thing

Yes, you will get more clicks if its below banner, also it will look better.

Blend the ad in better with Google adsense's ad designer thing.

What are you looking for w/ changing to work and look better, i may be able to do so or atleast help
