also the flash header seems to be a bit choppy.

Oooops, that was supposed to be a hotspot that goes to the signup page.  Thanks for catching that.  Doesn't seem choppy on either of the 2 computers I have tried here... what resolution are you using?  Which part is choppy?  The animation or the graphics?

Im using 1280x1024 (or something like that) but dont think it has anything to do with that,

where it says "the internets best waste of time" that box when its sliding out is choppy, it comes out fast and then slows down and jerks its way out, every time i go to the page same exact thing.

Also, I suggest using css to create your tables borders, cause when viewing the page in firefox the table borders arnt a solid color and makes the page look bad in my opinion
