Its a sister site of NuWeb Entertainment, It runs off of the same database, and although it dont look like it all the games and swf are stored in teh same folder, but i tricked the html into thinking its in the local folder.

The design is one from www.zymic.com for those who have seen it before. I am makeing a new design for annouther site im launching soon.

good luck with it, i want to do the same as you (make multiple arcade sites) but i dont have cash for it right now and not sure how much additional licences cost..

You can do like i am investigateing a switch

so if domain is 3games4u it displays the 3games4u header and footer.
If its nuweb it displayes the nuweb header and footer.
