Whys there a navigation bar under the logo and then one right under it on the left?

very clean looking site. I like it. just wondering what you mean by 1000 visitors a day. Do you mean 1000 games played? 1000 uniques? You do realise that the default script counts all spiders (adsense) hits as games played? e.g. if a member plays a game (+1), 2 google ads on the page (+2), the games will be counted three times instead of once.

Frosty - I like to duplicate important links as some people prefer to use one set over the other. I'm not sure what the majority of people think but its a good point and I'll definitely ask around to see what people think - thanks.

Local - Yes i definitely mean a 1000, today visitors have been down to 500-600 which has resulted in a around 3000 game plays. I use the google analytic and statcounter trackers so I know my stats are accurate

I also think (some) duplicate menu locations won't harm you.
Am I missing something? Why does your site stats box says Played Today: 5? not trying to be picky, just trying to understand. 1k visitors a day in less than a month is extremely good results considering Google has only indexed your root.

Local - I'm not sure what you mean 5? - Here it says around 1100 played today so far. Yeh the site has been indexed by google and still awaiting full spidering. I've been around a hundred dollars advertising through adbrite and adengage as well as promoting it on my other site www.wellbored.com so this has giving me a flying start so far. Hopefully when the search engines spider it fully this should inject another boost of traffic.

No wonder only your homepage has been indexed, you have zero backlinks, even using @meatandveg.com in google shows zero other sites even mentioning yours. Your site wont ever get fully indexed unless you build backlinks, otherwise the search engines are not going to know your site exists. 1 month is a long time with only 1 page indexed. How often are bots visiting your site?

Yeh i haven't started any link exchange campaigns yet, especially as they have little effect on PR now google have cottened on to it.

I haven't been tracking the search engine bots visiting but Google seem to spider sites when they feel like it, Ive set up quite a few sites and in all cases Google indexes the main page, then spiders it fully in the next couple of months.

When i say backlinks i mainly mean one way links, rather then link exchanges. Although link exchanges would get your site indexed properly.
I think thats a problem with how you work rather then google, spidering the homepage and leaving the rest for months has never happened to me and the only people i see who have this problem are people with zero backlinks. Goodluck anyway.

Yeh thanks, i think I need to get listed in some free directories and stuff to help get the search engine ball rolling some more
