I agree, ads on the top of the page are horrible. Anytime I see an ad on top, it screams out Free Web Host That Sucks! lol.. And if it is there because you have a free web host then I strongly encourage you to find a paying host. They arnt that much, you can probly find one around 2-7 dollars a month.

As for your bright yellow banner surounded by bright red background, that kinda hurt my eyes. I would rethink the colors to use there.
