if you paid for something where the *snip* is my script?

in customers area is nothing, email has not been sent to me, this *snip* took my money and no *snip* script.


is anyone had this problem?

I have already talk to my layer , and according to him they breach the terms so i can easely take them on the court.

so if anyone had the same problem let me know

Short answer, we process each order manually and we process them within 24 hours during regular business hours. We also (90% of the time) process orders and answer tickets and posts on the forums during weekends.

Long answer, This weekend we have been experiencing some problems with our ticket system, so we are running a bit behind on the tickets. We are getting this fixed and we expect to be fully up to speed by tonight. My sincere apologies to everyone that has submitted a ticket and placed an order and experiencing delays. None of you have been forgotten and we will follow up on every ticket.

In case the problem WAS deeper than we thought and some tickets wasn't delivered and you haven't received any response by tomorrow afternoon, send in a new ticket.

I have to appologies for my sudden jugement, but i have been a few times scammed, but in this ase it was not a scam andthanks for the quick response this mater has been resolved .
