Some server issues.

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing some server problems at the moment that is causing some disruption to our website and email service, and is resulting in some delays in responding to support tickets. We are working hard to have the problem fixed and be back up to speed.

Order processing and critical support is our top priority and then we work the ticket queue as quickly as we can.

I apologize for the trouble this might be causing you, and I hope you will bare with us until we can solve these issues.
