I just got very low traffic after the installation of phparcadescript default. Should I do more SEO? Will things be better if change a customized template?

Right now, I am advertising with Google Adwords.

Unfortunately, traffic doesn't come by it self no matter how much we would like it to. Onsite SEO, targeting certain key words and phrases is the way to go for search engine traffic.
